Probably one of the easiest to navigate. The website provides majority of the information you would ask about. Very descriptive not a lot of guessing like the other 10 websites I was shopping on for a transmission. When I called customer support someone actually answered..on a Saturday.. and they spoke English. The transport company they used gave me a heads up before they showed up and let me know how to send it back and everything. This will be the only place I tell folks to get their transmission from. 10/10 would recommend. Little pricey for it being mass production but we'll see if the warranty is worth it.

All of the extra confirmation seems a bit unnecessary, I've spoken to 2 people on the phone and confirmed several times... maybe think about retooling that process. Better documentation is needed on what parts of the transmission are factory filled with fluid. The torque converter was full and it looked on the dipstick after initial installation that the trans was full as well, but after programming and starting the truck it was almost 8 quarts low ( the system holds 12.5 quarts.)
